Member of Federated Infrastructure Development team in ACC Cyfronet AGH, Poland. Responsible for family of solutions supporting IT Service Management integrated with large scale computing infrastructures and supporting European services for research. Coordinator of European and Research projects on institutional level. She is an expert in and contributor to FitSM standard family. Few years’ experience with designing and implementing operational tools for various infrastructures in scope of European and Polish research projects. Recently engaged in a line of projects aimed at a setup of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC).
