Jonas Antanavičius
Jonas is a research manager at Visionary Analytics. He has over 8 years of experience in evaluation of national and EU policies and programmes and developing methodological tools.
Thematically, Jonas focuses on analysis and evaluation of research and innovation systems and policies as well as digitalisation policies. His work covers development of project methodologies, collecting, processing, and analysing qualitative and quantitative data as well as developing and presenting the final research outputs.
Jonas has a significant experience in using the following qualitative and quantitative methods: counterfactual impact evaluation, theory-based evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, survey, interview, meta-analysis, statistical analysis (using R, gretl).
His project portfolio includes working with the European Commission (DG RTD, CONNECT, MOVE), Lithuanian ministries, European and Lithuanian agencies.
